Position Summary
Responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service on assigned accounts. Primarily responsible for the execution of all projects for the brand.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Client:
    • Builds rapport and credibility with client based on trust and expert counsel
    • Synchronizes communications between account teams, vendors and clients; tracks all billing and payment records
    • Works with client to execute advertising and marketing plans
    • Organizes/manages client presentations
    • Is able to communicate directly and frequently with client with some autonomy
  • Internal:
    • Understands client positioning and strategy thoroughly; has solid brand, category, and competitive knowledge
    • Keeps team informed of changes in client/competitive climate. Communicates clearly and frequently
    • Works with account team to execute plan tactics
    • Responsible for accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines; Takes ownership of day-to-day tactics and executions within agency
    • Develops strong and positive working relationships with creative, traffic, production, finance, other departments
    • May mentor and direct the activity of an Account Coordinator or AAE
  • Financial Responsibilities:
    • Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies
    • Manage production budget, agency billing and invoices
    • Maintains a list of active and inactive job numbers
